- Large Loose Avocado – £1.20
- M&S Cooked Crayfish Tails (120g) – £5.50 (£4.58/100g)
- Colman’s Seafood Sauce (155g) – £1.70
- M&S Chives (25g) – 85p
Method:
- Wash and chop the Sweet Gem Lettuce.
- Peel, stone, and dice the Avocado.
- Arrange the lettuce and avocado in a bowl or glass.
- Add the Cooked Crayfish Tails on top.
- Spoon over some Colman’s Seafood Sauce.
- Finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped Chives.
- (Optional) Add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
