Crayfish Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • M&S Sweet Gem Lettuce (2-pack) – £1.40 (70p each)
  • Large Loose Avocado – £1.20
  • M&S Cooked Crayfish Tails (120g) – £5.50 (£4.58/100g)
  • Colman’s Seafood Sauce (155g) – £1.70
  • M&S Chives (25g) – 85p

Method:

  1. Wash and chop the Sweet Gem Lettuce.
  2. Peel, stone, and dice the Avocado.
  3. Arrange the lettuce and avocado in a bowl or glass.
  4. Add the Cooked Crayfish Tails on top.
  5. Spoon over some Colman’s Seafood Sauce.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped Chives.
  7. (Optional) Add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
