Ingredients
- 200g blueberries
- 150g raspberries
- 150g strawberries (large ones halved or quartered)
- 120g finely chopped white chocolate
- 200ml double cream
Method
- On a freezer-safe tray, arrange the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in a single layer.
- Freeze for 1 hour (or up to 3).
- Just before serving, make the sauce:
- Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Gently heat the double cream in a pan until just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for 20 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Divide the frozen berries between bowls.
- Pour over the warm sauce and serve immediately.
