Ingredients
- 600g cubed Watermelon
- 200g halved and pitted Cherries
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- A pinch ofZa’atar and sea salt
- 150g Greek Feta Cubes
- A handful of shredded Mint leaves
Method
- On a platter, combine the cubed watermelon and cherries.
- Drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
- Sprinkle over za’atar and sea salt.
- Scatter feta cubes and finish with shredded mint leaves.
- Serve with warmed Greek Style Flatbreads (or gluten-free equivalent).
